 1.Q. Is it true that you will beat any like for like quote?  A: Yes we always try to do the best we can to give every customer the best price and saving that we can achieve for them at all times. If we are not able to beat a price as we deem the price to be unrealistic we will inform you. We will ask for proof of the quote if we feel the price is too low.

2. Q. Can I be assured that your products are quality products and comply to all standards and conditions? Yes. We are CHAS and CONSTRUCTIONLINE and ISO 9001:2008 accredited which proves that our products and service are of the highest quality.

3. Q. Can you give me advice on what type of operator/system/package I require as I am not sure? Yes. Our expert team are always willing and able to offer you the best practical advice on what product is best suited for your needs.
 
4. Q. Do you offer a free survey? Yes. Our team of surveyors will offer you a free initial survey to discuss with you your requirements on site.

5. Q. What do I need to do if after the survey I am happy with your quote? You simply email/send/fax us an order. If you already have an existing account with us (click here for credit application form) and are still within your credit limit the order will be processed. If you are opening a new account an initial proforma invoice of 50%  to 100% will be requested.

6. Q. How long does it take once you have confirmed the order to install/supply the goods? The average lead time for our engineers to install is 3/4 weeks. Although when a customer needs things done a little bit quicker we can often turn a project around with 1/2 weeks. If you would like a supply only and deliver service the goods can be despatched within days to your required destination.
 
7. Q. How long does it take to get a quote from you? Our team of estimators usually get the quote back to you as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on our efficiency and it is in our best interest to get the quote to you within days.
 
8. Q. If I want more than one product or numerous products at one time will you offer me a discount? Yes. We are always willing to discuss discounts with potential customers for bulk or multiple orders.

9. Q. I have a project that requires automatic doors, windows, roller shutters, curtain walling and steel doors, can I give the whole package to you to supply install? Yes. We offer a complete package solution to the market, which is whay we are the popular choice for  this type of demand.

10. Q. Do you offer a warranty on your products? Yes. All our products have a one year warranty, unless we supply you the parts and you install them yourself then an incorrect installation can effect the parts detrimentally. We recommend an authorised engineer to install the operators. We recommend opening a service contract with us after that to keep the product checked and working effeciently and correctly.

11. Q. Can I have an automatic door operator in any colour? Yes. We can powder coat any product to be any RAL colour.

12. Q. If I am a disabled person do you offer products that will allow me to use the automatic doors/products? Yes. We specialise in disabled persons products and have a wide range of solutions for this market as we work with Occupational Therapists across the UK.

13. Q. I need a new shopfront supplied and fitted with an automatic door can I come to you for the whole package? Yes. We will go to site, take the survery and quote you accordingly. Our experienced engineers can take out the old shopfront and replace with a new aluminium framed shopfront in the design you choose with automatic doors and roller shutters if needed for extra security.

14. I already sell automatic operators, can we buy products from you? Yes. We sell to the trade at great prices and have hundreds of repeat customers as our products are such high quality.
